Conveyor deviation reasons can be broadly divided into mechanical components to support the conveyor belt and conveying belt and so contributed to the reasons for the formation of:

　　The frame of belt conveyor is not straight, frame level bad, frame connected head to tail delivery gear must be straight, at the same time frame should be about consistent level;

　　The installation of various parts of the conveyor position must be correct, bearing and return supporting roller bracket fixed bolt can not loose;

　　Supporting material deposition caused by rotation of the roller surface and bad, or roller surface sticky material, dust or buildup can cause delivery gear surface is not smooth or eccentric, and deviation may cause;

　　If the transport support center line and center of rotation of the roller conveyor line and the inconsistency can immediately cause conveyer belt deviation. If the conveying roller external force and deformation is abnormal or bent shaft can be caused by a pulley eccentric, simultaneously also may therefore deviation of conveyor belt.

　　Causes of conveyor belt tensioning device cause: tension device for most screw tensioning device and gravity tensioning device.

　　If the screw tensioning device adjusts improper or running gravity tensioning device is not smooth may produce oblique; at the same time, if the improper adjustment apron, cleaner will deflect sliding device.

　　Because the conveying roller and the conveyor belt of the bearing contact pressure roller records than other parts are large, oblique so because the conveying roller caused by the poor is very easy, thus conveying roller should be special attention.
