In order to overcome the conveyor belt slippage , we must first find the cause of the slip , before taking effective remedial measures , common causes and effective solutions are the following:
   The beginning of the conveyor belt tension is too small . Leave the tension roller conveyor at the inadequacy of the conveyor belt slippage. This situation generally occurs at startup , the solution is to adjust the tensioning device , increasing initial tension .
   Friction between the drive roller and the conveyor belt is not enough cause skidding. Its not the most likely cause of water or humid environment on the conveyor belt . The solution is to add some rosin on the end of the drum . But be careful not to hand dosing , and the application of the blast blowing equipment to avoid personal injury .
   Rear roller bearing damage does not turn or up and down roller bearing damage does not turn too much. Cause of the damage is too much tail drifting without timely maintenance and replacement of damaged parts or rotation is not flexible , so that increased resistance caused by skidding.
   Start too fast can also form slip. At this point may slow start . Such as the use squirrel cage motor, then start jogging twice , but also can effectively overcome skidding .
   Belt load is too large, more than the motor capacity will slip. The upside is that this time slipping motor plays a protective role. Otherwise, a long time the motor will be burned. But for running it is slipping accidents.
