Ceramic roller assembly problems that need attention are the following:
     Parts (including purchased parts) shall be subject to inspection are allowed to use the assembly;
     Toughened ceramic roller tube must be cleaned;
     Toughened ceramic roller bearing and steel must ceramic roller tube assembly firmly, without any loose;
     Bearings should be added to the end of the same type of plastic cushion pad ring;
     Bearing mounting direction shall make nylon roller cage opening outwards (the shaft direction), roller bearing load, it should maintain proper axial clearance shall not crushed;
     When using the inner labyrinth seals, outer lubrication consolidation, the assembly will be painted outside the outer ring binder labyrinth seals, and to seal and bearing no gaps or holes exist.
